Tracked Machines Italia and Multitract have just settled their dispute amicably and the two companies have concluded a commercial agreement relating to the production and marketing of handling machines on tracks and on wheels.

In particular, for a period of two years, starting December 17, 2024, Antolini Mezzi Cingolati and Tracked Machines Italia will offer their tracked machines (called Towtract) and their 4-wheel drive handling machines (called Carmover XL) globally, while Multitract will focus on its 2-wheel drive handling machines (called Cartract 2R).

During the same period, Antolini Mezzi Cingolati and Tracked Machines Italia will also be able to exploit Multitract’s French Patents on the basis of an exclusive license. After the first two years, all Parties will be able to market their entire range of products.
